Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Key figures called key performance indicators (KPI) that reflect the entrepreneurial achievement or specially monitored areas are summarized in key figures. The term lumps together almost all operating parameters, which represent successes or failures in any form.

All running processes in the company can or should be evaluated and monitored with the aid of such key figures, so that any intervening steps of regulation can be taken, in case of excessive deviations from the targets. Especially for management and controlling, key performance indicators, have therefore a high significance. They allow the checking of individual projects, departments, or similar, on their effectiveness and profitability.
